Louis XI, the young Dauphin of the Crown, sets off on an adventure for his 12th birthday! Accompanied by his fiancée Charlotte and their two pets, Alpha and Dixie, they decide to help villagers from all over France.

However, Louis XI has many enemies who are ready to do anything to put him in difficulty, like the Duke of Burgundy!
